Affordable Art Fair (ended 20th October): My first time showing at this fair, and with my new gallery, was a success. My work drew a lot of interest, and I’m pleased to share that these pieces are now on their way to New York to be displayed in the gallery’s new space next month. To my New York-based collectors, I’ll let you know as soon as the pieces are up for viewing; Azart Gallery would love to welcome you when the renovations are complete.
Women in Art Fair (ended 12th October): A beautifully curated showcase of fine art at its best! I’m thrilled to have been included in this curation. During the fair, I connected with two art lovers deeply moved by my piece, Surrender, which I created after reading Michael A. Singer’s The Surrender Experiment. This work has now found a new home among other beautiful art in the collectors home. Thank you!
Strands Exhibition, An Artcan and Suna Interiors collaboration (recently closed): This show in the recently renovated Department Store in Brixton gave me the chance to display the digital side of my practice. I create digital art and AI photographic art when I can’t be in the studio or when I need to quickly visualise my thoughts. This was the perfect opportunity to show another aspect of my creative process. Both pieces gained interest and intrigue especially as they are both made using different digital techniques.
In the Studio…
I’m currently completing a new large abstract painting, measuring 100cm x 100cm on a deep stretched canvas—a statement piece, perfect to go above a fireplace or on a main wall. It’s about a week away from completion, and I’m now in the refining stages. You can catch close-ups and videos of my progress on Instagram, or feel free to request images by email. Moving forward, I’ll be working on even larger scales.
Thank you, as always, for being here! 🙏🏾
