Description:
My latest series of works is inspired by colour and the juxtaposition of it with form. The titles of the works relate to the psychological meanings of some of the main colours used in the paintings. The forms bring the two elements together in a kind of unity to create what sometimes looks like surreal abstract landscapes or cityscapes.
This particular piece is inspired by the colour yellow - a global symbolism of joy.
