A Successful Artist Open House & My Biggest Project To Date...

Hi! If you were able to visit myself and Luana's Artist Open House over the last two weekends, Thank you so much! We loved chatting to all of our visitors about our practices and are very grateful to those who attended. We both agreed that this has been our most popular and most successful open house to date and we may well team up again next year! This was my 4th year taking part since moving to the area and not only did new visitors come to see our works, many choose to re-visit including collectors I've met at previous exhibitions or those who have discovered my work online. A special thank you to a wonderful young student I recently...

New Special Edition Originals: An Impression Of Blossoms...

How are you? It's a lovely bank holiday weekend here in London and I'm busy prepping my home studio for the biggest open house event in the UK! This time next weekend, Luana Asiata and I will be showing our works during the Dulwich Festival Artist Open House. We would love to see you if you’re available? My studios will be open from 10am to 6pm on the 11th, 12th, 18th and 19th May at my home studio.    I’ve revisited my impression blossoms as special limited edition originals for this event. New Painting: The Courage Of Our Convictions

Hi, Thank you for reading my art blog.  I want to share that I've recently completed the latest painting in my Helpless Series of works, titled "The Courage Of Our Convictions." I started this series at the beginning of 2023 with the first in the series (Helpless To Do Otherwise), exploring surrender, intuition, and staying true to who we are. It's a personal project, so I'm not selling these paintings at present. Instead, I'm hoping they'll be the centerpiece of a solo show sometime in the near future.  I started working on this back in November, and as you know, diving deep into the world of colours. Why red? I wanted to start from the beginning. Red is believed to be...

Next Up: Dulwich Festival Artist Open House

Hi! Thank you so much for reading my blog. I love meeting art lovers and collectors in person and I’m grateful to keep the dialogue going over email. It’s been a few weeks since I took part in The Other Art Fair and I could do it all again! :). This is my fourth year doing TOAF and every fair is always different from the last. Although, there are a few things that stay consistent; the hard work by the fair team who put on what I believe is the best art fair for independent emerging, and established artists and the thousands of visitors who come along to view, support and buy our works. If you made it to the show, thank...
