This year marks 10 years of my art practice, with The Other Art Fair being the first major independent art fair I took part in. The Other Art Fair is always an exciting and engaging way to meet artists and see work by both established and emerging names.
Above is Memento Mori and below are A Work In Progress and Patterns That Persist For A While - new oil paintings from my Alignment series which will be exhibited at the fair.
My Alignment series stemmed from a moment back in 2023 when I truly felt like myself, I was creating work on my own terms, switched off from outside noise and felt completely at peace and aligned internally. The working title of the series at the time was "Helpless" as the first piece in the series is called Helpless To Do Otherwise.
These new paintings are approx 90cm x 120cm, oil and ink on stretched canvas. Please feel free to contact me to enquire about a work and or to book a studio visit and see them in person.
