Description:
This work is one of two pieces which was created in flow state whilst listening to audiobook Jesus by Tina Louise Spalding. The book is said to be an autobiography of Jesus’s life and seeks to set straight some of the many misconceptions we have of him. Much of what was said and the notions debunked resonated with me. In full flow, I applied the layers of colour. The focal point of the work came through towards the end of the book as I began to feel a light had been shed on many miss-interpretations of who Jesus was and his life’s purpose.
