Sometimes I struggle to leave my house and my studio which I know hasn’t been good for my overall health and well being. Creating art is addictive to me, its easy to get into flow and eventually, those days of flow turn into weeks - I’m not complaining but being productive comes at a cost so this is a note to self and to anyone else who needs (fellow artists and creators too) a reminder; we have to “fully” experience the life we’ve been gifted.
