My abstract impression works are made by casting single lines of ink one after the other in the same motion as ripples of water. Over 1,000 casts were made from 15 bottles of acrylic ink to eventually create this single ocean wave. Droplets were used to make the foam and sprays. An enjoyable battle and a meditative labour of love celebrating the majesty and power of our world’s magnificent oceans.
We are made up of 60-70% water as is our planet, no wonder we are all drawn to it. We are nature.
